Thoroughly nice bloke. He emailed back the same day I sent a contact request through the website on a Friday to arrange an appointment on the following Monday. Turned up on time, knew his stuff and sorted the problem there and then despite having to go up to the ariel and sort a very old and very damaged part. Drilled a hole in the wall for the cable and left everything clean tidy and professionally done. Very happy with the work and a very reasonable price.
